Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4353 HB 221 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4296) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 221 "An Act relating to workers' compensation for volunteer ambulance attendants, police officers, and fire fighters; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 221(L&C) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 221, thus adopting SCS HB 221(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 221?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS HB 221(L&C) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
